Lonawala Sahakari Bank Maryadit, was established in the year 1999 by founder Chairman Shri Mukund Mafatlal Shah with the prime aim of common people bank with considering the principles of co-operation.

Our bank has implemented Core Banking Solution in February 2009 which resulted in fine, prompt and accurate banking services to customers, the customers have opportunity to do the transaction to the nearest branch through Any Branch Banking facility.
The bank with a spread of 7 branches along with 3 on site ATMs has reached the mile stone of 550 cores business mix.
The bank fulfills all the norms of “Financially Sound and Well managed Bank” (FSWM) set by RBI for Urban Co-operative Banks.

Social Commitment:
From inception committed itself to the social cause in July 2010 when Lonawala city was arrested by Swain Flue.
At that time Bank taken responsibility part to provided medical support to the victims.
To help the victims of such natural calamities bank has established a movement with consortium.
